Day 27 of the October Photo Challenge is from a distance.
This picture was taken a month or so ago (am I cheating?) at a food truck meet-up Hubs and went to hosted by the Food Network, featuring the Seabirds Truck. In all honesty I couldn’t find something interesting today to take from far away and I liked this photo because it shows how long the line for a vegan truck can get in Southern California…. a vegan truck given out free food paid for by the Food Network. Seriously though the Seabirds Truck is one of my favorite trucks, they make great food :)

I've been wanting to try Seabirds but I don't think they come out to the west side very often.. I loved seeing them on the Great Food Truck Challenege!
are you vegan? what do you order from there? i clicked over and everything looks really good!
@Michelle - No, I'm not vegan although I've toyed with the idea. J & I just try to eat as responsibly as possible and we live that Seabirds purchases fresh produce from a local farm. They also have gluten free options. I usually get the jack fruit tacos and split the sweet potato fries and J eats the rest of the fries and gets the Beer Battered Avocado Tacos. Now that it's getting colder I'll probably start getting the soup instead of the tacos or the fries.
The used to have a couple vegan burgers which J LOVED, but they don't serve those as often now.
