They way our classes our set up we go to school for 3 months (12 weeks) and then we get a month (or so) off. So this last break was basically Christmas Season. It's hard to feel like you've relaxed and regrouped when you're running around like all Crazycakes (thanks again to Private Practice for that term) with Christmas shopping and all the parties AND having to be at this parent's house and that parent's house. Just when I felt like I had time to breathe it was time to go back to school. I.want.a.real.break!
So, I'm back at school and for the first time in the three years I've been going to Interior Design school, I am counting down the weeks - 10 more to go.
It doesn't help that I have to go to work an hour early Monday tru Thursday to make up for the time I'm missing because of the morning class I couldn't get out of, either.
Anywhoodle, I'm trying to stay positive and not get all doom and gloom, so if you see me slipping call me out. My gut reaction will be to drive over to your house and punch you in the face, but after that I'll appreciate it :) Promise.

P.S. This post is also my way of saying I'm trying to keep up with this whole blogging everyday for a year business, but when all I do it - Work, School, Homework, Eat, Sleep, Repeat - it's hard.

You have so much on your plate and you're doing such a great job! So you miss a day or two of blogging- who cares. Just take care of yourself and be proud of everything you're accomplishing. I think it's awesome that you're in interior design school!
@Brandi - Thank you so much :) After meeting w/ my project partner last night, I felt like a big load had been lifted off my shoulders and I'm not as stressed.
I just have to keep reminding myself that Mon-Wed is gonna be rough, but the rest of the week will be fine :)
I totally understand! I am always stressing myself out about all the things I have to do in addition to leading a regular life. Oh and having fun and enjoying life and all that good stuff.
Don't worry about blogging daily - we'll all still be your avid readers regardless. :)
I understand what you mean. I'm currently working full-time, going to school part-time (only two classes a semester), and part-time event planning (luckily we are in down season).
You're getting so close though, so don't get discouraged! Luckily you have quick semesters - that should help pass some time!
