Confession, I feel badly that I decided to do NaBloPoMo and this is make second post in a row with basically nothing to offer *hangs head in shame*. I have 3 weeks left off class this session and this is when things start getting crazy :-/ I think I’ve decided that when I have nothing else to post about I’ll show you a picture from my non-eating, non-cooking and non-designing personal life. Deal? Deal! :)
This past Saturday Hubs and I drove around San Diego exploring neighborhoods with houses we saw for sale on Red Fin. Around 2:30ish I was starving, so we stopped of in downtown La Mesa for aps and a glass of wine. Guess what? La Mesa has an Allison Avenue.
It’s spelled the same and everything!
And, here I am about 4 years prior in Napa, CA…

I don't think I've ever seen "Katie" streets, but sometimes we'll see "Katherine" I don't take pictures, but if I ever see a "katie" I probably will! LOL
@BigAppleNosh - That's just sad. I will have to name a street after you!
YEA! How exciting. I actually found a street sign of my new last name—before I was married—on my trip to England last year! I was so excited :)
@Jessica - I've never seen one with my last name (Maiden or Married), I'm a bit jealous!
There's an Ashley street by my parents house... soooo, I stole a sign for me. And one for the Ashley who was my MOH. Hehe.
@Ashley - LOL! and Can I get you to steal an Allison sign for me?
AAHHH!! This is so cool. In my hometown there is a street named Emily AND a street named my maiden name, Quail. I didn't live on or near either, but I think it's awesome!

There's a Jessica Drive right near my work. I keep trying to convince the hubs to steal the sign for me. Not sure he's keen on chancing getting caught though. ;)
I have never seen a Kelly St, Ave, Blvd, Terr, etc. :( BUT THIS IS SO COOL! I'm glad you took pics. And PS any post with a pic is a good post in my book- I hate posting sans-picture. So I give this one two thumbs up!
I just came across the Napa pic this weekend. And I still love the video...even though I took it sideways. "It's my street!! It's my street!!" :)
You go with your NaBloPoMo! I agree, it's tough. All I posted today was a video of my dog =)
*sigh* So far, no streets I know of named 'Brianne' :(

dude... I've never found a Nellie street. Find one and take a picture under it for me k?
